Current issue with denied claim and it’s an issue your office created regarding original documents submitted by mail.

A recent claim was partially denied because you can’t see details you need on the submitted paperwork. I need to find the time now to send scans and explanation which is very annoying since you have the originals and only need to flip the small register receipt up to read the details you need. I called and was told the scan that you had was not readable! You have the originals!!! I scanned them for my own records before mailing them to you. They are crystal clear. I think your office must scan mailed paperwork for internal purposes and process them based on those internal scans. You must have scanned the docs with the register receipt blocking the details. It is frustrating because I know my policy covers all of the claim. I have to phone again, send the scans I have of the originals that you have and this is silly. I would really appreciate a call from you and a solution that does not involve so much of my time.

Arna's illness

My little life saver, Arna, is still on the way to recovery. You more than likly already how a pet parent can be over whelmed, when their love one is sick. I was very impressed how fast the claim was processed, thank you. I have been promoting you to all of my co-workers how great you are. I am so thankful for you, as there is no stress on how I am going to pay. Arna goes every where I go but to work, so she is exposed to everything and you just never know... The only thing I wish is you would mail the magazine in stead of email, as I can then also share with my co-workers. We do not always have the time to read our emails and we cannot get them to print. The magazine delivered to the home is quite a bit nicer
