Claim Time

Nationwide Pet is great. They’re very helpful and extremely nice. The one complaint is the time to process a claim has increased significantly in the last year.

Excpect the unexpected.

I am so happy that I have Nationwide pet insurance. I have been fortunate that my dogs have been healthy until recently. I lost my Luigi to kidney failure in July . Hugh Hefner was just diagnosed with bladder and kidney stones. Unlike many pet owners I know who do not get proper vet care for their pets- I feel great that I always get them the care that they need and deserve. Scooter has colitis, arthritis and small intestine motility issues and recently went to the vet. I live in a rural area and my vets prices are extremely reasonable which allows the dollar amount assigned to each diagnosis stretch a little further.

Peace of MInd

I've had insurance for my Schatzi since she was 1 year old and have never regretted it. It's always a peace of mind knowing that she's covered (for 90% of her shenanigans). When people ask about pet insurance i tell them what I have and that I've only ever been 100% satisfied with my decision. The last visit to the Vet she had stopped eating her food and was extremely lethargic after Xmas. I didn't have to overthink my decision and she was feeling good as new after a few days of medication and rest.
