I am so glad I have Nationwide Pet Insurance. My doggie has to surgery to correct his grade 4 MPL. I have peace of mind should my dogs need unexpected sickness or surgery. I got re-imbursed in exactly 2 weeks after filing my claim. Thank you Nationwide!

They been terrific for my baby for 14 years!
VPI/Nationwide have been terrific for my Pom for 14 years, and she’s had her share of troubles. There was a large jump in prices this year, way more than just due to an age increase, which almost priced me out. Also, make sure you insure from the time your dog is a puppy so you don’t have to deal with pre-existing condition exclusions.

Easy, efficient and great customer service.
I recommend this insurance to everyone i know that has a pet. I cannot imagine being without it.

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage.
The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.

Waiting Period

Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
