When I called

When I called, the nice customer service lady explained to me how to submit supporting documentation and the reason why the Met Life app would only accept 2 photos on my claim. I had no problem submitting the documentation by email.

Filing claims is so easy

Filing claims is so easy. My policy has allowed me to get the best care for my rescue dog without worrying about whether I can afford it. Grateful for MetLife Pet Insurance.
