call dropped, long hold, call dropped. 3 calls for nothing
call dropped, call 2 transfered to 1st agent and was 15 minutes on hold. called back a 3rd time and call droped 10 minutes into the call asking me for a survey on how agent did.
bad phone experience.... just did it online.
