I was asked to submit additional medical documentation, soap notes, which I did. My claim was then denied because MetLife claimed they never received that documentation. If they needed different documentation, I never received notification of that.

My pet insurance is always available…
My pet insurance is always available and covers all of my pet's needs and my own. It's an excellent company to work with, and I've been very happy with MetLife over the years.
