They processes claims very fast and without nonsense. Direct deposit payments. I have zero complaints. They also have discount for. Veterans. MetLife gets 5 stars from me.

Best pet insurance on the market!!
I just couldn’t be more satisfied! It’s such a good investment in terms of their (very reasonable) premium costs to the amount they cover, which is always fair/in accordance with the plan. I’ve never been disappointed by how much of the bill or which bill they cover because it’s always exactly what I expect, and it’s a lot! Also, MetLife is genuinely so fast and responsive it feels like you’re in contact with a small business, not a corporation. I have recommended it to multiple personal and family friends, and will gladly continue doing so! Thank you for making my cat’s veterinary care affordable and non-stressful. Had somebody told me five years ago I’d be this happy with an insurance company, I would have never believed them.
