Was very simple to apply

Was very simple to apply, the only thing that was confusing was the 365 or 595 items the extra insurance part.

Refunds take a while, but good customer services on the phone.

It takes a LONG time to get the refund checks. I understand the propensity for fraud, but I don't like having to produce SOAP notes for Rx refills or having to have a new set of notes every time I buy Rx food. I am glad that I have the insurance, as I have 2 Frenchies and they go to the vet frequently, mostly for allergy-related incidents. When I have called MetLige Pet, my experiences have been positive and the representatives have been kind and helpful.
