Great overall experience

So glad I have this insurance. It has been a literal life saver for the health of my fur baby and financially for me. Great and friendly customer service. Submission of claims are made simply and easily in the app. Reimbursements are quick and easy as well. I can concentrate on my baby girl and give her what she needs at the vet and home. Thank you MetLife.

Met Life outstanding experience

I have three small dogs. I did a lot of research when deciding an insurance company to go with.. this company has been outstanding from day, one from ease of use of app to speaking with customer service to filing claims to reimbursement. Absolutely a lifesaver. Would love to work for them !!!! Highly recommend

Will never be without it

We had never used my pet insurance and because my furbabies had always been healthy and they had reach the age the premium was increasing a little more than I was comfortable with, I almost cancelled my insurance. Decided to keep it one final year. My oldest furbaby developed Lymphoma. Because we had MetLife we were able to get the best treatment possible for her and as of today she is still in remission. I learned my lesson. We will never be without insurance for them. MetLife as been wonderful through it all, reimbursements, claim processing and even renewal.
