Unbeatable Pet Insurance

I have used Met Life Pet for my dog for years and claims has always been a very prompt, smooth, and easy experience. Customer service is also top notch! I am currently opening a policy for my new cat as well. I will always use Met Life for my pet insurance needs.

Easy to submit, quick turnaround

The process for submitting a claim is as simple as uploading the veterinarian's write up from the appointment along with the invoice. I received email correspondence to confirm the claim was received and within 5 days the refund payment was confirmed and deposited to my bank account. I appreciate the communication and the timeliness.
