Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I did a ton of research on different pet insurance companies before I chose healthy paws 6 years ago. They have been incredible to deal with. Unfortunately, my pure bread dog had had many problems over the years which has led to several $2,000 - $3,000. The amount of vet problems she has had is crazy that it's almost laughable. Healthy Paws has always given me full reimbursement and never pushed back. Their customer support team is always helpful and it's very easy to submit a claim from your phone. I'm very thankful to them for helping me keep my very expensive dog healthy and happy. I've never had to make a tough choice about her care knowing that Healthy Paws will cover it. I highly recommend this insurance company.

Everything is done through the app. Snap a picture of the vet invoice. Submit it through the app. Receive a confirmation email. Receive an explanation of the coverage. Check is in the mail within 2-4 days! Great customer service!

I am so grateful for the support from Healthy Paws!! Having this insurance made us feel less anxious when our baby got sick. We were able to worry less about the financial part of this challenge and really focus on recovery for our dog. Also their customer service is AMAZING!!

A truly great pet insurance company. I recently had an emergency with my cat, who was not eating for nearly a week with no apparent cause. We took him to the vet emergency room and unfortunately they could not say for sure what was causing my cat's sickness. X-ray imaging showed signs of trouble in the abdominal area but without invasive surgery they could not determine for sure. The cost estimate was very high, but I had full confidence Healthy Paws would cover most of the costs of my cat's hospital stay, so I approved the surgery. Almost two weeks later and my cat is as healthy and lively as ever. The cause of illness was a serious bacterial infection. I filed my claim online the day my cat was released from the hospital. Within a matter of days the claim was approved and a few days later my reimbursement check was mailed out. Incredibly convenient process throughout. I highly recommend Healthy Paws for any pet for that peace of mind.

We have been members of the Healthy Paws Insurance family for over 7 years. The customer service and support provided have been exceptional. Both of our kitties have had serious health problems which necessitated frequent veterinary and hospital visits. I have no doubt that Healthy Paws has helped provide a quality of life for them that would otherwise have been impossible. Healthy Paws has allowed us to focus on what is best for our pets.
