I HIGHLY recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance to insure your pet!

I was on the fence about purchasing pet insurance for our mixed breed shepherd puppy having had 3 dogs in the past and never having had insurance. However, after hearing glowing reviews from other pet owners, I decided to sign her up with Healthy Paws. Our puppy was required to see a pain management specialist, which was not inexpensive. After submitting our first claims for various diagnostic tests and medications, totaling approximately $2,200, everything went smoothly. The only minor delay was that I had neglected to submit medical records for the visit we were claiming for (my fault), however, once I called Healthy Paws to let them know that the requested records had been uploaded, the helpful and friendly customer service representative stated that he would "expedite" my claims and to expect a response from a claims specialist within 24 - 72 hours. That phone call took place at approximately 10 am in the morning; by 1 pm, after returning from lunch, I had already received an email from Healthy Paws stating that all 3 claims had been processed. Healthy Paws paid all 3 claims at 90 percent coverage, with a $100 deductible, as promised, NO surprises. Thank you Healthy Paws for the peace of mind that comes from knowing our puppy is well covered. The awesome customer service and efficient claims process has made us loyal Healthy Paws customers from hereon forward.. ! We will never have another pet that's not covered by Healthy Paws pet insurance, that's for certain. Healthy Paws Pet Insurance - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Outstanding Pet Insurance

simply cannot say enough good about this insurance!! Hands down the best decision we made 1 1/2 years ago for our boy Brutus, a Doberman. Brutus unfortunately had major surgery (torn acl) and we have had the best experience with Healthy Paws!! Their professionalism, timely processing and courtesy extended to us during this difficult time has made it much easier and is truly appreciated!! Thank you Healthy Paws!!! Gina, Mike & Brutus

Healthy Paws is the Best! I am extremely happy with this pet insurance.

Healthy Paws has been wonderful! It's the first time I ever had pet insurance and I am so happy I got it. They respond quickly to claims and send refund quickly. Also I love the fact that they check up on the pet to see how they are doing. Makes me feel like they really care. I suggest Healthy Paws to all my friends. I looked at all insurances and compared them side by side. Healthy Paws has no limit in payout for the year and only one time annual deductible. not like most that have a cap on their payouts and the deductible can be per claim. I love this insurance it was the best decision I made for my pet.

Thank you Healthy Paws

My cat was attacked by a cayote 3 days after I canceled my pet insurance, in fact the day before it would have gone inactive. Obviously I was thrilled it was still in effect and realized no pet should ever be without pet insurance, especially when all seems well. They reinstated my coverage without a blip and even though the bill topped $6000, I got the reimbursement for all expenses a month later. Anytime I wrote them I got a quick response and it was easy to talk to a human if I wanted to call. What more can you ask? My cat is still recovering and will need the last follow up x-rays but he's going to be ok. Thank you for everything Healthypaws.

Look no further than Healthy Paws Insurance

We had left the house for about an hour, when Rosie climbed up on the dining table and was somehow able to get hold of the Ibuprofen bottle from another shelf. It was the day I also realized that Ibuprofen bottles do not have child-proof caps. She managed to unscrew the cap and she loves eating, so she went to town with it. Thankfully we were back within the hour and immediately saw the open bottle with chewed pills strewn in her bed and rushed her to the ER. She had eaten more pills than the lethal dose for her weight! I was so scared for her but she made a full recovery thanks to the efforts of all the kind people and vets at the hospital. We also did a follow-up kidney and liver function test a week after she was discharged from hospital and those came back normal. We are so pleased to have her insured with Healthy Paws! The hospital stay cost a lot and Healthy Paws has always been prompt about claims. Rosie is back to playing fetch with her favorite squeaky ball every day. Thank you and we always recommend Healthy Paws insurance to anyone who has a pet!
