Thank You Healthy Paws!
We have had Healthy Paws for 4 years and only had to use it once (great experience then too) before our Yorkie needed recent surgery. I called up before the surgery to check if I needed to do anything or for pre approval. They were amazing and reassuring during this stressful time and let me know all we needed to do was get our baby taken care of and provide them the invoices. They followed up to see how she was doing. I sent in the invoices and the claim was processed and paid within 2 weeks and then checked in to see how she was doing. Healthy Paws was there before, during and after. Thank You Healthy Paws for all you do!

SO glad we went with Healthy Paws!
I had researched several pet insurance companies before going with Healthy Paws when we adopted two kittens 6 years ago. Their rates were the most reasonable for the coverage we were looking for and reviews were fantastic. We now have 4 cats and I added coverage for the two new cats. Last week, one of my cats decided to eat several nerf darts and one got lodged in his small intestines.
The claim process was painless and super easy. I got the invoice from the vet, took a picture, and submitted it online via their website. Exactly 9 days later, I got the email that it was processed and approved. I also received a call from a very nice rep asking about how my cat is doing. She was very personable and the call felt very genuine.
Just a very pleasant process and I'm so pleased it went without any pain and coverage was exactly what I expected. Thanks Healthy Paws!

Filing a claim is a cinch
We knew we needed pet insurance after spending nearly $10,000 on surgeries for our previous dog and could not be happier with Healthy Paws. They are straightforward with their coverage; no fine print or confusing lingo. You file a claim by simply taking a picture of your invoice with your phone and clicking "submit." Reimbursement comes quickly and customer service is remarkable. You can't go wrong with this company.

A+ Experience and Results! 100% Recommend
My poor puppy was throwing up over and over again! I rushed him to the vet and the vet did a lot of test and xrays. I submitted my invoice and information to Healthy Paws and the process was easy. This was my first claim so I was nervous if they would pay. I was like I hope I was not paying each month for nothing. I got an email detailing my reimbursement within a week. I said wow that is fast! Then a check a couple days later. I also received an email from a CS rep at Healthy Paws asking if my dog was okay and it was actually a personal response. Not some automated rubbish! I was shocked and pleasantly surprised! I have to say 100% satisfied with my experience and will recommend.
Monthly Cost
$15 – $80, depending on breed, zip code, age of pet and choice of deductible and co-pay.
Coverage
One plan covers accidents, illnesses, cancer, emergency care, genetic conditions, alternative care and more.
You can choose a co-pay of 10%, 20%, 30% or 40%.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
No per incident, annual or lifetime pay-out limit.
Deductible
You can choose an annual deductible of $250, $500 or $750*
*Choice depends on age of the pet
Age Limits
Pets must be at least 8 weeks old and under 14 years old at time of enrollment.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
Coverage begins 15 days after your policy starts. There is a 12-month waiting period for hip dysplasia claims.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered, however hip dysplasia is only covered in pets who enroll before they are 6 years old.
