Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I got my older dog about 2 years ago and have had Healthy Paws pet insurance for him since day 1. The claims process is super easy using the app, and there have never been any questions about any of the claims. My dog recently had major eye surgery, and I have been so pleased with the response time on the claim and the genuine concern for his eye and how he is doing. I recommend Healthy Paws to all of my friends with dogs!

One of my dogs needed 2 surgeries within 8 months. I filed each claim and was reimbursed within 2 weeks. They even followed up to see how my boy was recovering. Definitely the company to go with

I've been a customer with Healthy Paws for just over a year for my 2 cats. I originally decided I originally chose Healthy Paws for the simplicity of the claims and because just about anything is covered after your deductible. About a month ago I finally put Healthy Paws to the test - I came home to find one of our cats had broken his foot. I'm still a bit clueless as to how he did it, but my vet and surgical specialist both recommend corrective surgery. I got an estimate from the surgeon and then called Healthy Paws. I spoke to a very compassionate person who was patent with me while I listed off everything the surgeon was going to charge me for and she confirmed everything would be covered. I used the mobile app to file the claims from my vet appointment and surgery and received my reimbursement checks in the mail about 10 days later without any issues. About a week after the claims were finalized I received an email from Healthy Paws asking how my cat was recovering which I thought was such a wonderful, personal touch. I highly recommend Healthy Paws! They've been so wonderful and easy to work with every step of the way!

Our dog Luca is a dear part of our family and we are extremely happy that he is healthy again. I have had this insurance for a year and a half and only had two claims that went to deductible. They say they process claims within 10 days but I filed a claim on 11-27 and got another email stating they were reviewing the claim and it would be another 10 days just today. With all the high reviews on this pet insurance, I am not impressed as of yet about the speediness of processing claims. I have Pets Best for my other 2 dogs and they process the claims pretty fast even if I get paid or not.
