Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

My little havanese dog , Carlos, has had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance since 2012 with 90% reimbursement coverage. I have had to submit a few claims here and there (digestive issues, blood tests, x-rays, stomach bugs) and never had an issue with prompt reimbursement and excellent Customer Service. What has really made me want to rave about them is my dog was in need of emergency surgery a month ago after a vicious dog attack. I was beside myself with stress and worry, but Healthy Paws reimbursed me within one week over $4,000 and followed up to check on Carlos. They go above and beyond and would recommend them highly for anyone seeking outstanding pet insurance. I'm happy to say my dog has had a full recovery! Thank you Healthy Paws!!!!

Healthy paws is absolutely the best pet insurance you could purchase. Our dog has had numerous surgeries including two knees, his jaw, and three cancer surgeries. He is also had to have 19 radiation treatments for cancer. Healthy Paws has never denied a claim, paid in a very timely manner, and we could not be more grateful. Without Healthy Paws we would not have been able to afford to take care of our precious family member And get him the services that he needs. He came from a puppy mill and was Miss treated and ended up with a lot of health issues. We cannot think Healthy Paws enough for being there for Bailey and us.

We have had healthy paws insurance for 9 years and couldn’t be happier. We have three dogs including a rescued English bulldog. English bulldog=lots of vet bills. Never had a problem with claims being paid, coverage etc and we have easily been to the vet over 100 times for ACL tears, thyroid issues, cancer, dental issues, bladder stones, UTIs, etc. you name it. healthy paws has real people working there who truly understand the love we have for our pets. 100% worth every cent. Will never go anywhere else

The Healthy Paws team was a dream to work with after our dog dealt with some life threatening issues due to a foreign object/stomach issues. The team were a huge support and made the ordeal much easier to deal with. Everyone at healthy paws’ professionalism and empathy was outstanding and we are very thankful that we decided to go with them for our girl Pogo. Each person we spoke to was patient, genuine and lovely to deal with. The team work directly with our vet each time a new treatment plan came in and regularly emailed us to check in Pogo. We can't recommend them more highly.

I can not say enough positive things about Healthy Paws. My 4 year old Labordoodle was diagnosed with a Brain Tumor and given 4 months to live. Looking into our options we found one of the best Pet Oncology centers in the country and they could give her another 2-4 years with no symptoms returning! This was a very pricey treatment. Healthy Paws our portion of the $16000 treatment was $1600. Amazing. With out this insurance I am not sure we could have taken care of her as we were able to. When speaking to them on the phone the were compassionate and caring. All reimbursements were processed quickly. So lucky we choose them as our insurance. If you have a animal please get Healthy Paws... they gave my dog the opportunity to double her life with the best care possible. To top it off we did get a Get Well card from them the other day signed with personal well wishes! So nice. Forever grateful...I would and do recommend them 100x over a 10!
