We love Healthy Paws!

Our 2 year old Labrador had to have three cysts removed and biopsied. Thankfully they were benign! Healthy Paws made the claims process so easy and stress free! We are so happy that we made the decision to go with Healthy Paws when she was a puppy!

Best Pet Insurance There Is!

My dog had to go in for a MRI that cost $2900.00. I was so nervous about my pet's well being, the procedure and the cost. Healthy Paws took care of everything so quickly I could just focus on my dog's care. I was an absolute wreck and they made me feel so much better. I can't say enough great things about Healthy Paws!

Wonderful company!

Outstanding!!! I wish my health insurance is as good as the insurance my dog has through Healthy Paws. My Great Dane has had two surgeries after eating 1) socks and 2) corn on the cob with a cob holder prong in it - and both times the people at Healthy Paws have been amazing. They are quick to reimburse and also very caring. When I called customer service to see if they'd received a claim, the rep saw how huge the bill was ($8000) and offered to expedite it. Amazing!!! They also checked in to see how Zane is doing, post-surgery. I hope you never have to use pet insurance but if you want to make sure your pet is covered, Heathy Paws is the way to go. Thank you, Healthy Paws!

Highly recommended for every pet owner!

Can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws' benefits, service, fair premium, business practices, people and integrity. After researching different pet insurance companies and plans, we chose to insure our 3 year old lab mix with Healthy Paws. Based on my experience with "human insurance", I expected a lot of pain if we ever needed to use it. Well, we needed to submit 2 separate claims a year apart: cracked tooth extraction ($350) and torn CCL requiring a TTA knee repair ($4,700). Both claims were resolved and paid quickly, with minimum documentation and hassle...and without the sort of "exclusions" or "adjustments" normally seen with human insurance. Healthy Paws communicated fully about our claims status and their website is easy to navigate. Finally, the Healthy Paws people are actually super helpful. A great service that EVERY pet owner should have. I can't thank them enough for being there when we needed them and recommend them highly for peace of mind!

Thank You

Lindsay, Jared here. Thank you for your follow up call and for checking in on Bailey. As you may or may not know, Bailey was diagnosed with cancer (Lymphoma) in June of 2016. Since then she's been going through chemotherapy (which she has completed) and has been given the lymphoma vaccine in an effort to help her body fight the cancer should it return. Currently, she is in remission. Her most recent visits to the vets were the result of blood being in her stool. The oncologist ran a series of tests on her to make sure it wasn't the cancer returning. Luckily, it was not lymphoma related. She is now feeling much better with no blood in her stools. On a side note, I wanted to thank you guys for your great service, care and comprehensive coverage. When I found out Bailey had cancer last year, I was devastated. However, I knew I would do absolutely everything I could to bring her health back...even if that meant I would go into debt. Thankfully, I had gotten her health insurance through you two years prior and it has been an absolute blessing to have. Yes, her treatments have been expensive even with the reimbursements, but knowing that I will receive at least something back has given me a reassuring piece of mind to know that whatever may be coming for Bailey, I know I have healthy paws next to me to help ease the burden of the financial commitments. So, again, I thank you for checking up on Bailey and for just being in existence.
