My dog has made several emergency trips to the vet since I've had him (he can be a bad boy when it comes to eating things he's not supposed to!) Each time the bill was so high, but I am so thankful that he is insured through Healthy Paws because it makes a huge difference in his diagnosis and outcomes! My pet is my family, but I don't have unlimited amounts of money to pay several thousand dollar vet bills...Healthy Paws makes it possible to take the absolute best care of my pet and ensure that he has the treatment and testing he needs when he is in trouble. Their claim process is so easy and they send reimbursement checks very fast. I will never be without Healthy Paws with my boy!

I have been a Healthy Paws customer for a couple years now and have not regretted it at all. I was skeptical to sign up because I'd hear nightmare stories about folks not getting claims reimbursed by other companies. I did my research and decided on Healthy Paws. The process to submit a claim is super easy and their customer service is outstanding and quick. They have implemented direct deposit so I get my reimbursement right in my account. Unfortunately, I have a young dog that is battling cancer and it has been very costly. I've not had to worry about that and just go with what is right for her because I know Healthy Paws will take care of their part. They have covered everything so far that I would expect them to. They are very clear on what is and isn't covered when you are signing up. The only reason I did not give them 10 stars is that sometimes the time it takes to review a claim can exceed a couple weeks. If you are thinking of getting pet insurance, I HIGHLY recommend them!

My puppy recently underwent surgery to repair a dislocated knee. Although it has been a long and slow recovery, I am so pleased with the service of Healthy Paws. I found it very easy to submit my claim. I made one phone call to follow up and spoke with Dylan, who was extremely helpful. My claim was quickly settled, without hassles. I even received a kind email to check on the progress of my pup's recovery. It is such a comfort to know that Healthy Paws will be there in the future should we need them again. I'm EXTREMELY happy and impressed how Healthy Paws Pet Insurance handled my situation. My boy dog Bogie (Yorkie mix) did swallowed part of a peach pit that, of course, got logged and created a dangerous situation. On top of it, it was on a Sunday. So I had to bring him to the emergency vet where I was told he needed surgery right away. After they shared the cost for all the services they would needed to do, I got right away in touch with Healthy Paws to make sure I was covered and I could give the go ahead to the surgeon. Not only where they genuinely very concerned for Bogie but assured me right away that there was no question that the surgery should and could be done and I was covered by them. Thankfully, all went well and Bogie is back to his mischievous self! And after submitting my claim with the necessary supporting docs, they processed my it fast and without me having to jump through hoops. No wonder they are the best! I will highly recommend them to all my friends with pets as you never know when something might happen to them. I for sure never thought I will have to use them. But my better safe then sorry mentality did save me from having to pay a very large sum for this emergency!
