Very satisfied

I was skeptical at first because this was our first time getting pet insurance. We chose healthy paws due to other user reviews and i'm glad we did. Our pup maddy got a rare cancer at about 1.5 years old. Everything was covered as stated other than the dr fees ( which can be pricey at an emergency/specialty clinic). The claims process is very simple. Just download the app, and upload a picture of the bill. Very simple, and once it's completed you can check on the app and it lays everything out for you. Unfortunately maddy didn't make it long...when we uploaded her final bill within days they cancelled the policy and refunded the overpayment to my account. I even received a sympathy card in the mail from them which i thought was very nice. I am still waiting on my refund checks, but i called and they were able to tell me when they were mailed and i should have them very soon. I will definitely choose this company for our next beloved pet! Anytime i called they were very kind and helpful!

If you have a Dog, You Should Have Pet Inusrance ~ and I HIGHLY Recommend Healthy Paws !!

I don't know if my dog is accident prone or what, but I cannot say how Thankful I am I carry pet insurance for her! I make under $24,000 a year so saving up $$ for unexpected vet bills, etc (which can EASILY run into hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars in just one or two visits) is not really an option for me. Having insurance allows me to give her the best care possible. I researched a ton of pet insurance companies and I just really liked the "feel" of Healthy Paws, plus the fact that they help homeless animals and also give you the option to mix and match premiums & deductibles, to find a cost that works for you. Now that I am their customer, I cannot say enough Good about their Customer Service and the ease of making claims when I need to. I highly recommend getting some kind of insurance for your pet & I highly recommend using this company!

Could never give enough accolades to Healthy Paws

Who would've thought that a seven-month-old puppy would come down with a bacterial infection so badly that his entire body went septic. It happened to ours, and had we not had Healthy Paws insurance, our life's truly would be different today. When you think insurance company, a lot of times you have a negative opinion, as you feel you were going to have to fight. Not with Healthy Paws. From my contact with Janelle on the first day that he was admitted to our contact with the Shandi one month later, the entire staff at healthy paws has done nothing short of trying to get us through this. With the least possible financial detriment to ourselves. They also have never treated this as a business, rather have genuinely seemed concerned about our baby. The happy news is he is alive and thriving. I would highly recommend healthy pause insurance to anybody.

Insurance that kept our pet alive

Our Saint Bernard suffered a heat stroke in mid August. We were lucky we had Healthy Paws insurance. Without it, we would not had been able to pay all of the expenses associated with her treatment. All you have to do to submit a claim is go online or use their app, upload the receipts and records what was done, and medical history. After submitting all of the paperwork, it took only about 2 weeks to get the reimbursement into our account via direct deposit. We had a few questions through out this process and always got answers via phone- loved the customer service. I highly recommend this insurance.
