Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Our Coco Bella came home from the groomers about 3 months ago and a few days later she started limping every time she would get up after resting awhile. A trip to the vet determined that she had torn her cranial cruciate ligament which is located inside the (knee)joint and is responsible for maintaining a stable joint. They did a major surgical procedure called a TPLO.It was so great having Healthy Paws on our side. The best decision I every made was getting her covered by Health Paws Pet Insurance. The went beyond the normal claim process to help us pay for all of Coco's cost with out having to deduct money from our saving. Our husky chipped a major tooth accidentally and it caused him a lot of pain to eat on the right side of his mouth. When our vet dentist told us the cost to get a root canal and crown, we were shocked! Luckily, we had Healthy Paws and they walked us through the entire process step by step. It was our first claim, so we were nervous that there would be some issues along the way. However, Healthy Paws not only was extremely responsive and professional, they also reimbursed us within a couple days! We are extremely happy with our choice of insurer and have been recommending Healthy Paws to all our friends and family. Our vet dentist was so impressed by the insurer that he's been recommending Healthy Paws to his own clientele, too!

I don't know what I would do without pet insurance, probably max out some credit cards to give my dog the care she deserves. Thank goodness for healthy paws. It is an investment that is worth it and gives me such peace of mind. Submitting a claim couldn't be easier. They are usually very quick at processing claims. Customer service by email or phone is very responsive and helpful. I recommended both my mom and sister who now have it and love it as well. Do it!

Healthy Paws is one of the best investments I've ever made. Beforebuying insurance for my puppy, I shopped around, and several of the resources I found gave Healthy Paws their highest ranking. So I bought a policy for about $45/month, assuming I'd never have to use it. I've had Welly for about a year and a half now. He's happy and healthy, but he's had a few medical issues, including a swelling in his neck that required surgery. Healthy Paws has been amazing--quick, responsive, and fair. You just scan the doctor's bill and email it to them, and they take care of the rest. Welly is now doing wonderfully. I hope I never have to use the policy again, but I sleep better knowing it's there. If you're looking for pet insurance, I highly recommend Healthy Paws!"

Our 10 month old dog duke recently was diagnosised with a serious congenital leg problem requiring major surgery. Duke fade the surgery 2weeks ago. I submited the claim through the healthy paws app and within days I recieved a check for the full amount less our 10% co-pay. They required no further paperwork and I recieved a follow-up email from a team member checking on duke !! I also have another 1 year old Yorkshire terrier that had a minor infection that was also paid in a few days. Highly recommend healthy paws !! A+++++
