Easy

I work at an emergency pet hospital and help clients submit their claims. My Healthy Paws policy is so easy. Once a year deductible, I pay 10% they pay 90%. Easy. I still can't figure out the payment scale for the pet insurance company that's been around the longest.

Easy to understand my policy

I work at an emergency pet hospital and help many clients with pet insurance claims from all companies. The reason I chose Healthy Paws was because my plan was easy to understand. You meet your deductible once a year, then I pay 10% they pay 90%. Easy. Also they seem to pay more per incident then other companies.

Everyone should have pet health insurance

Healthy Paws Health Insurance allows me to provide the best medical care for my pets. Pet care has advanced to such an extent that the expenses can quickly mount up. Insurance is the answer unless you are rich or want to go into debt. I have personally had medical bills, in the past, that CA e to, $13,000 and $17,000. Wish I'd had pet insurance at that time. Healthy paws quickly pays claims and they have made it very easy to file a claim online. I would definitely recommend this insurance company to anyone that has a pet.

Healthy Paws the Bset Insurance I've Had Yet!

Adopting special needs pets (homeless and otherwise)is my passion. But like people, pets get sick too, so for me pet insurance is a must have. A large part of being a pet parent is insuring that you don't have to choose between good health and your personal finances. I have had other pet insurers, but Healthy Paws is by far the best yet. They provide a range of affordable coverage, and my last claim was processed in less than twelve hours! Thanks Healthy Paws!!

Healthy Paws is top-notch!

I signed up my 2 yr old Golden Retriever as a young puppy. After paying out of pocket for cancer treatments for our previous dog, I wanted to give pet insurance a try. I did a lot of research, and ended up selecting Healthy Paws. So glad I did! My 2 yr old just had bilateral arthroscopic surgery on his elbows due to elbow dysplasia and FCP. This type of diagnosis requires specialized orthopedic surgeons. From the time we received the diagnosis, I could focus solely on doing what needed to be done to ensure my dog received the best care, without worrying about the hit to the bank account. So far, the hospitalization and surgery totaled just under $3500. As soon as I received the invoice, I passed it on to Healthy Paws. Within 3 days, I had a response. They covered everything but the exam fee (as is clearly stated in the contract) and a check for $2700 was on its way. But that isn't the end of my story. A few days later, I received an email from a Healthy Paws team member inquiring how my dog was doing. This was not an automated email. The note was specific to my dog and my response prompted another reply. This top-notch response and customer care really distinguishes Healthy Paws in my eyes. I have confidence that as my dog recovers from surgery, any other needs that he may have (such as PT) will also be covered, without breaking the bank.
