Awesome Pet Health Insurance

I'm EXTREMELY happy and impressed how Healthy Paws Pet Insurance handled my situation. My boy dog Bogie (Yorkie mix) did swallowed part of a peach pit that, of course, got logged and created a dangerous situation. On top of it, it was on a Sunday. So I had to bring him to the emergency vet where I was told he needed surgery right away. After they shared the cost for all the services they would needed to do, I got right away in touch with Healthy Paws to make sure I was covered and I could give the go ahead to the surgeon. Not only where they genuinely very concerned for Bogie but assured me right away that there was no question that the surgery should and could be done and I was covered by them. Thankfully, all went well and Bogie is back to his mischievous self! And after submitting my claim with the necessary supporting docs, they processed my it fast and without me having to jump through hoops. No wonder they are the best! I will highly recommend them to all my friends with pets as you never know when something might happen to them. I for sure never thought I will have to use them. But my better safe then sorry mentality did save me from having to pay a very large sum for this emergency!

Healthy Paws paid for MAJOR hospitalization costs.

I can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws. My sweet dog - a 5 year old Bichon - was very ill and it was recommended by my vet that he be seen by internal veterinary specialists. He was hospitalized basically in an ICU unit and he ultimately needed surgery. He nearly didn't make it, but with their intensive expert care he is now home and doing well. This major cost for his care was entirely paid for by Healthy Paws less my 10% deductible. I took out this pet insurance policy when he was a small puppy before he had any medical issues, and I am so glad that I did. I highly recommend them.

Big "Paws Up!!

I have had Lilly, my Miniature Schnauzer, insured with Healthy Paws since 2014. I must say, I am EXTREMELY pleased. I did not have to use the coverage until June-Aug of 2017, and boy am I glad I had it!! Lilly had to have a series of tests, x-rays and ultrasounds; and subsequently, surgery to remove 2 bladder stones. She will also have to have periodic tests to keep an eye on her heart. All of this resulted in 8 claims, which were processed and paid surprisingly fast! The claim filing system is very simple and the customer service is outstanding. They answer emails quickly and you can always get them on the phone. They even emailed to ask about Lilly after her surgery- sending lots of hugs her way. I have recommended Healthy Paws to several people and will continue to do so. Lilly & I give HEALTHY PAWS a great big PAWS UP!

From the claims process to reimbursement Healthy Paws staff was caring and understanding. It took only a couple of weeks from start to finish.
