Awesome pet insurance, easy claim processing and fast payment, customer service is great and the terms you pick are exactly what you get, no hidden exclusions. For my English Bulldog no breed related issues are considered pre-existency, and as long as the condition wasn’t present when you get the policy it will be covered. I have 90% reimbursement with a $200 deductible and with a recent trip to the ER it allowed me to be only concerned about my dog. I can’t say enough good things about this company

We pay about $60/month for insurance. Every claim I file I get no money back (nothing has been covered) deductible is $500/year. I know my dogs are young and healthy, but so far it’s been a waste of money. Neither spay was covered along with exams, vaccinations, flea and tick medication. Every time my dog gets sick, the vet bill is like $200 and I get no money back from them

I am so thankful for Healthy Paws pet insurance. My bulldog has chronic pneumonia, among other health issues. The staff at Healthy Paws has been so caring and wonderful to work with. They reimburse us immediately upon receiving a claim. If I have any questions, they are always kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They even email me just to see how Cash is doing. They send him hugs too!! We have been with Healthy Paws for 3 years now. They have become my dog's "Healthy Paws Family." I often say if it weren't for Healthy Paws, we would probably have to surrender our bulldog due to health care costs. Knowing Healthy Paws has us covered has meant that we get to keep our bully baby. I highly recommend Healthy Paws for your pet insurance providers. You won't be disappointed.

I don't think I can say enough good things about Healthy Paws. From the very beginning they have been easy and informative. A few weeks ago, with no warning, we ended up in the emergency vet with one of our dogs. With all of the choices and devastation we were facing and not knowing what would happen, the fact that we had insurance for him was one weight lifted off our shoulders. The bills were about as massive as the tumor they found inside of him, but we never had to worry about that part of it. Every time I spoke with someone at Healthy Paws I could tell that they actually cared about what we were going through. Whenever they needed more information they would immediately offer to request it from the vet so that we didn't have that added to our plate. Their claim process was quick and easy. We submitted pictures of our invoice directly in the app and the reimbursement was calculated within a week. They have even taken the time to check in on our dog after this process has been completed. We now have a much smaller and manageable vet bill and a healthy dog!

My dog is just 7 years old and was diagnosed with Insulinoma which is a very aggressive cancer in dogs. This is uncommon, especially for dogs just 7 years old, but my dog got it. The process of diagnosis, treatment, and also through the recover was very difficult and expensive. We were caught off guard like any other pet owner as my dog for 7 years had never been real sick other than when she was 4 months old or a couple of skin rashes. She was perfectly healthy and in a matter of a week, she was diagnosed and went into surgery. The entire process was expensive and we had healthy paw since 2015 and hoped we never got to use it, but we did and Healthypaw and their staff were very supportive, very understanding, and provided great service. We were reimbursed with no issues and in a timely matter with no questions asked once I provided all the documentation required. I was very fortunate to have healthypaw to take care of my dog and assist us financially as the bill went over 10k. I recommend for any pet owner to get pet insurance,especially with healthpaw.
