Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

My 4 year old Siberian Husky decided to eat a chew toy last week.. 3 visits to the vet and several X-rays later, it was determined that he needed surgery! The entire incident ending up totaling nearly $7,000! My dog had surgery last week and I have already received my reimbursement(s) from HealthyPaws via direct deposit! Beyond impressive! I had to make several claims due to visiting different vets over a series of days, but the process was beyond simple. I had to upload photos of the invoices that showed what he was treated for and the amount paid, and within days of each claim I received a break down of the reimbursement amount. I also contacted their customer service department via phone at the beginning of the process and I was met with patience, a friendly attitude and a genuine care for my pet. Not to mention, a follow up email checking on my dog (and me)! I cannot say enough about this company. Thank goodness for Healthy Paws pet insurance! My French bulldog recently had to have surgery to remove a bladder stone and then 3 weeks later had a medical emergency that landed him in the hospital for almost a week. Without pet insurance I would never have been able to pursue such extensive veterinary care for him. The Healthy Paws reimbursement policy is fantastic! What a great company!!! Healthy Paws is the best! It is extremely easy to submit claims; my vet sends me a PDF file with my invoice via e-mail, and I just upload this on the Health Paws website. In addition, Healthy Paws processes my claims in an extremely timely manner, with everything resolved in less than two weeks. Any coverage benefits are deposited directly to my checking account. The whole process couldn't be easier! All this for an extremely reasonable cost. What this means is that when considering care that my pet needs, cost is not really an issue. Makes decisions MUCH easier! Add in great customer service and I am VERY happy that I chose Healthy Paws.
