Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

Healthy Paws covered my 1-year old Golden Retrievers expensive and unexpected surgery without an issue or question. They even followed up a week later with an email saying they hoped Oliver was doing better. I highly recommend Healthy Paws!

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance review We received a sympathy card from Healthy Paws staff, Bodey’s health insurance company. They were there for us throughout all of Bodey’s treatments and their kindness and understanding helped provide hope. They paid out 90% of all Bodey’s bills which totaled over $23,000.00. It was comforting to know that we were able to afford to give him comfort and quality care to the end. We were so impressed with Healthy Paws that we immediately insured our new puppy with them. We didn’t even consider shopping around. Thank you Healthy Paws! We couldn’t have given our boy the care he needed.

Over the course of the last year and a half we have had many issues with one of our dogs, RJ, a big loveable golden retriever. We spend half of the year in the US and the other half in Spain and during all the travel, climate changes, allergy triggers and countless other things, RJ was not fully healthy. We saw multiple vets in both countries, as well as a couple specialists. After many medication trials and diet changes, we finally have RJ's health under control. What would have been totally out of control bills for all the testing/office visits/medications/food changes was the easiest experience using Healthy Paws. We simply upload the invoices, type in a few details and a check shows up in the mail shortly after. I can not express the piece of mind this gave us, seeing the invoices coming in, knowing we were covered. I truly would never have a pet without Healthy Paws. They went out of the way to email me and check on our dogs health out of genuine concern for the pets and us the owners. I would recommend this company to anyone, for piece of mind and comfort knowing you'll never have to decide between treating your best friends due to cost.

I have been with Healthy Paws for about 2 years now and have nothing but great things to say about them. Everything from how personable the customer service is over the phone when calling about a claim, to the emails they send just to check in and see how my Frenchie floof is doing! It's the little things that make this company stand out. I had heard about this insurance through a pet owner on Instagram who raved about their coverage so I had to check it out. After doing my research and comparing with other pet insurance companies, they were definitely the best! They cover things that the other companies do not. Hydrotherapy, ear infection, and IVDD surgery are just some of the things this company has covered for my fur baby. I have submitted claims throughout the two years and am reimbursed rather quickly with no hassle. I think it is safe to say that i will never need to look elsewhere/switch to another company because of how satisfied I am with Healthy Paws. Thank you HP!! <3

Healthy Paws is great. Well worth it. Our dog had major eye surgery and healthy paws saved us $1,500! Very worth it. Great Customer service. Great user friendly app for your phone.
