Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

I want to let all pet parents know this is the best and most responsible decision any pet parent can make to ensure their pet appropriate (and usually expensive) medical care. If I did not have Healthy Paws, my dog Daisy would not have received the TPLO surgery she required to repair a torn CCL. Dealing with Healthy Paws during my pets medical emergency made was reassuring. The staff was knowledgeable and kind. Especially, Caren, a Healthy Paws representative. Her care and concern was genuine. She had my claim completed in 1 day and I received a reimbursement check in less than 5 days! Healthy Paws, is the best peace of mind money can buy!

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance has been wonderful. They reimburse me in a timely manner and genuinely seemed concerned about my pet’s wellbeing.

My dog , Waldo, is a recent client of Healthy Paws. Only with them for a few months. So very thankful for them, as I just recently found out he has an injury to his elbow joint. I filed my first large claim with them, and was promotly reimbursed. Their customer service is exceptional, and they even sent an email to me to see how he was doing. I highly reecommend them if you are shopping. I had a previous policy with another pet insurance provider and didn'thet half the service we have received from Healthy Paws.

We purchased healthy paws right after we picked up our new Goldendoodle. A little over 1 year old, he started having seizures which has been very scary for us. Between numerous trips to the ED, very expensive Medication, and even a surgery, Healthy Paws has been a blessing. They have covered 90% of all of our bills for anything vet related (minus the initial exam). We have never been fought over care or denied coverage and getting reimbursement is easy. I just take a picture of the bill, send in a picture via the app on my phone, and within a few days they mail us a check and an email with explanation on what was covered. It has made giving him the best care an easy decision no matter what the price. Bills would have been thousands and thousands of dollars at this point, but we have only had to pay a few hundred over the past 6 months. We tell everyone who will listen that this is more than worth it.

This is the best company I have ever had for pet insurance!! Not only do they respond quickly to my questions, they pay promptly and always have a very caring attitude!! We love Healthy Paws and have been with them for almost 10 years. As a very selective breeder of Golden Retrievers, I refer all our new puppy families to Healthy Paws and I always get very positive feedback from everyone!
