Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

We have had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for our dog, Benny, since 2015 and recently he had to have emergency back surgery. It was very scary, but when Benny got hurt it was such a relief to be able to do what needed to be done for him and not have to worry about the expense. Throughout the time we’ve had coverage for Benny through Healthy Paws, I’ve always been so happy with the customer service, whether it be submitting a claim or calling to ask questions. When people find out what happened to Benny, the first thing they do (after they gasp) is cringe and ask how much it cost. I get to tell them “A lot! But I have Healthy Paws Pet Insurance and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone with a pet. They are amazing!” Thank you, Healthy Paws!!

Copper did really well with both procedures, the hardest part was keeping him calm! We're just so happy we caught everything before there were more significant health consequences. We really appreciated the coverage and smooth claims process. As a veterinarian, I know the difference it makes in these situations. He's such a fun-loving and affectionate boy! I have had Healthy Paws insurance on three of my dogs for about 5 years now. Hank has had 2 ACL and one stomach surgery. Audrey has had 1 ACL surgery. Frankie is not allowed to get hurt. Healthy Paws has paid each bill quickly and without issue. Using Healthy Paws was one of the best decision I've ever made.

Healthy Paws is the best. My French bulldog has had two back surgeries and HP has truly been a life saver for her. My claims were handled quickly and professionally and ever time I spoke to someone in the phone or email they seemed to truly care about my pup. Love them.
