Feline Dental Surgery

My kitty needed extensive dental surgery. Thankfully he is doing much better now. He was losing so much weight and couldn’t eat before the surgery that I feared for his life. He hadn’t been purring for quite a while and his energy was low. The first 10 days after surgery he had a lot of discomfort and I was concerned that the surgery wasn’t a success but on the 11th day he was back to normal. He’s doing fine now and I am so relieved! I am grateful that Healthy Paws covered his surgery. If I had paid the entire bill out of pocket it would’ve caused me financial stress.

Wish they covered humans

I signed up for Healthy Paws when I adopted my pittie 7 years ago. I am so glad I did. They have been awesome! Gracie is my gold plated pound puppy. She has had a lot of health issues along the way and a few ER visits. She had a bilateral TPLO when she was 3 and Iast week she was diagnosed with cancer and had surgery to remove a tumor. After her surgeries they email and ask how she is doing and to give her a big hug. Wow! They have always paid claims without question and even paid something that normally wasn't covered (and clearly stated in their policy) only because my pup was so sick. Claims are easy to submit and always processed quickly. I am so thankful I have this insurance. There is no way I could have afforded all of Gracie's surgery and medications otherwise. And it is clear that they care about the pets and not just about money. Too bad human health insurance isn't this awesome! Human health insurance companies should learn from Healthy Paws!

I am eternally grateful to Healthy Paws!

I honestly couldn’t say enough about how amazing Healthy Paws Pet Insurance has been for me and my extra large dog, Karl. They have always come through with EVERY claim I have submitted to them and they do it super fast and it direct deposits right to my account. I have a very accident prone, large pitbull and he recently had a major surgery to repair his torn CCL and meniscus and healthy paws was right there making me feel SO much more at ease over an already overwhelming situation. I have recommended them to everyone I know and even had many people sign up as a result. I have also talked to other people who have plans with different companies and they have issues with them. I have never had any issues with this company and I will use them always! They also have many different plan options you can choose from. I will leave it at that because I could go in forever about them :) good luck and choose healthy paws!

5 Month old puppy swallows CPAP mask Healthy Paws to the rescue!

So I bought a 8 week old white boxer puppy back in December of 2018. In January I decided to purchase the Healthy Paws insurance for her. In March she started throwing up and wouldn't eat. My daughter is a Vet Tech at our local VCA so she took her in. Come to find out she had swallowed my nasal pillow for my CPAP mask that disappeared weeks before. It was lodged in her intestines. After 3 days in the emergency room, surgery, meds etc.... the bill was $5,400 after my daughters employee discount the bill came to $3,400. I submitted my bill to Healthy Paws and in 2 days they were mailing me a check for $2,500. After the $250 deductible they covered 80% of the bill. After only making 2 payments on my policy they really came through for me. Best decision I've made in a long time.

Roxie is thankful for Healthy Paws

I can tell that my Roxie was a little worried before her first major surgery. The cost of the surgery was going to cost me $1,554, but I didn’t have to worry because Healthy Paws paid 90% of Roxie’s bill. So out of pocket, I only paid $154.00 for my baby’s surgery. I’m so thankful for Healthy Paw and will forever be a loyal & grateful customer! If u love your pet as much as I do, protect them and get Healthy Paws Pet Insurance now!!
