Healthy Paws | Pet Insurance Review

My husband and I are most grateful for all the assistance the staff at healthy paws have provided and we are so touched that someone reached out to check on our fur baby after he was diagnosed with cancer and underwent cyberknife radiation therapy. We have been singing your praises since all this started, encouraging our friends to insure their pets with you!!

My French Bulldog, Lorelei, that is sweet and beautiful and funny and so good...has also been plagued with many many health issues. I am forever grateful for Healthy Paws for always being quick to respond to claims and covering 90% of all our vet bills (minus office visits). Lorelei has had to have acupuncture and laser therapy every week for 8 weeks and Healthy Paws reimbursed me within 2 weeks of every submission. Healthy Paws has also gone above and beyond by checking in and sending kind words of support and care. I cannot recommend them enough. They get 100 stars in my books!

I just wanted to take the time to say thank you and praise the service that you gave us during the very stressful claim due to an unfortunate accident with our young Pappy, Gracie. This is the first time we ever had pet insurance though we have obviously had those other types of insurance and I can only say that if every company treated their clients with the care, respect and service that you do then the world would be a better place. Thank you so much for checking on Timber. His energy is back and he is off of his pain medications and as far as he is concerned he is ready to run! We are taking him to th VMSG to have the doctor check him and remove his staples. Hopefully she will say he can return to some activity. We are so grateful for Healthy Paws alleviating most of our financial concerns with regard to his treament and allowing us to concentrate on giving him love and care and not take shortcuts with his medical regimen.

When we first purchased pet insurance, we prayed we would never have to use it. We realize that this is a business relationship and that we send premiums every month for our insurance on Ozzie and Oscar, but the ease and expediency with which this company responds, the no-hassle reimbursements and coverage, the concern and personal attention they give us is beyond all expectations. The service we have experienced with Healthy Paws is a forgotten courtesy for most companies and takes us back to a time when business was conducted with a smile and honest-to-goodness sincerity.
