It was a little hard to get everything…
It was a little hard to get everything submitted. I finally had to the vet to get all the records over. The customer service seemed a little bit confusing to me. They asked for medical records from when the time I had gotten my cat, which I thought I had submitted that when I signed up for the health insurance. But overall once I got everything submitted it seemed to go very smoothly and I was very happy to get my reimbursement and it seemed like it went very quickly after that
