Extremely poor reimbursement turn…
Extremely poor reimbursement turn around time. Claim approved on 6/27. Check supposedly mailed on 7/18. As of 7/28, still do not have check. Was told nothing could be done until 8/15 when another check would be issued if I had not received the previously sent check. Representative could not even tell me from where the check had been mailed. Would change companies but now my dog has a pre-existing condition that would not be covered by a new company. Very disappointed in this company and would not recommend.
Update: as of today 8/4/2022..still no reimbursement check and no response from company to my review. Extremely disappointed.

Update: Ad of today 8/17/2022, still no check. I would not recommend this pet insurance company to anyone. Extremely poor customer service.
