This company is terrible. They try to force you to filter all interactions through their app, which is extremely buggy and constantly freezes or crashes. I am unable to open my policy documents from the app, as I simply receive a "file corrupted" error. The live chat feature takes forever to get you to a real person and even then, their answers are clearly scripted and anything more complicated than a yes or no question will get you a "we'll have someone call you" response. Don't expect that call.
They gave me the runaround on the phone about how to appeal a claim. They actively seek ways to turn down your claims and then are condescending about your "misunderstanding of policy coverage." I'd love to quote my coverage to them, but I can't open my documents from my app. Funny...
They recently gave me a hard time about not taking my eight week old puppy to the vet in the 60 days prior to coverage, despite the fact that I did not own her until the policy started. I was penalized for being a proactive owner. Another interesting choice by this company.
They also claimed a condition that was not seen until her adult teeth sprouted was "pre-existing" and refused to cover treatment, which was extremely expensive. When I attempted to gain more information about what they deem a "pre-existing condition," their own website gave me a "not found" error message after being redirected from the aforementioned buggy app. At this point, I have paid hundreds of dollars to a company that has given me zero dollars in return. I would never recommend this company to any owner and will never insure another pet of mine through them again. Hard pass. Save yourself the headaches!

Awesome coverage and customer service
We signed our puppy up for Fetch as soon as we got her, and it's been wonderful. They have excellent customer service, and it's been such a relief since we ended up having to take her to the vet quite a few times in the first year. Highly recommend Fetch to any pet parent!

I love Petplan, now Fetch, and I have had it for a few years. Both my dog and cat have Fetch and will continue to have it. Customer Service is excellent.
Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats
You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.
