Fetch offers the most comprehensive pet insurance and health advice for dogs and cats, and is the
only provider recommended by the #1 animal brand in the world, The Dodo. Fetch is trusted by the
top no-kill shelters in the U.S. and Canada, and is the exclusive pet insurance provider for AARP
members.
Fetch is unfortunately engaged in very high annual premium increases, at least as far as we are concerned. If you are with Fetch be very careful when you get any renewal notice. Fetch will take "factors" including your zip code and may increase your annual premium substantially. There are other very credible, reliable pet insurers who are less costly than Fetch, and I would venture to say as competent, gracious and all the other good things. In my view, just me folks, but I consider Fetch to be a rip off because of very high premiums, increasing yearly at a dramatic rate. I did call to talk it out with a customer rep who was courteous but not helpful; the only thing that worked is cancel and go with Spot.

2.5.
2.5.
The company is fine. The coverage is good with a decent deductible, but it takes so long for them to review claims. I've submitted a claim nearly a month ago and there's been little to no progress. I've never had insurance claims take this long for myself, I don't understand why it takes forever for pets with Fetch.

Was amazing when it was GO Pet Plan but....
I've had policies for my dogs starting in 2018 ( when I had 1 dog and 1 cat ) now have 3 dogs on insurance policies and 1 cat. I had one claim when it was still GO pet plan and the review process was quick, simple and not a headache - it was great and I always reccomended it.
Now, since being "fetch by the dodo" I had my dog in for emergency care, filed a claim on Feb 22 and have not had any further communication from the company despite my attenpts to contact them. Every time I call I get voicemail, every time I email the response is never helpful or informative. Adding extra documents to a file is also near impossible and again, when you call to ask for help it's automated or you get voicemail. Frustrating to deal with considering you carry a policy for this long, pay over 3k out of pocket for treatment and can't even get in touch with the company. The policies in theory are great, but the customer service so far has been frustrating beyond belief. Will definitely try FURKIN with the next animals unless something changes.

Excellent customer service
I contacted Fetch on 3/17 to discuss my account. It was a call I didn’t want to make but I had to. To my relief, I was greeted and help by probably the most friendly and helpful customer service person I have ever encountered. Denise Ariale understood my financial worries and helped me see that I could still afford to keep coverage on my two pets. While doing so, she was so friendly and personable. She truly cared about me and my pets’ well being. I thought I was going to have to give up coverage all together.
I am retired now but when I was working, I was a manager in the customer service industry. Denise’s manner, knowledge, understanding, and problem solving ability were everything I used to look for in an employee. These are indeed very rare traits to find. Hang on to her!!!

I got Fetch pet insurance because I'm…
I got Fetch pet insurance because I'm on disability and my dog went blind in October of 2022, I figured that I could recover some of the money I put out, I got pet insurance in November 2022, there was a short waiting period, and I knew that I would not be covered because it would be a preexisting condition, well 2 weeks ago she got an ear infection and I thought that would be covered, I sent in all medical paper with the invoice and they tell me there's missing documents, no there's not. I sent everything I have, it cost me $193.97 I thought that after the waiting period anything that happens after would be covered, except for preexisting condition. and the ear infection is not a preexisting condition. it's been 4 months and it seem they don't want to cover it. so, I am going to cancel my insurance with them, it has been nothing but a headache. so, I will look for insurance elsewhere.
