Great For Pet Insurance
This is the second time I have used Fetch for pet insurance and I am glad that they have now added wellness coverage to help with preventive care costs. Their website is super easy to use and the iPhone App is great. Their pricing is transparent and competitive and overall I have had a great experience with them compared to Pet Insurers I have used in the past. I highly recommend using Fetch Pet for all your pet insurance needs.

Filing pet insurance claim
I had to call about my 2 cats claim submittals. I was put on hold awhile as it is Monday & employees are catching up after weekend of being closed...Anyway a friendly voice came on phone & introduced herself as Samantha. I started on my explanation of not being techno savvy & needed to find out if I had all required info turned in for my fur babies insurance claims. She was very patient & concerned that everything hadn't been submitted. She then asked & called my Kindness Animal Hospital & had to leave a message for them to return call so that they would assist me in making sure Fetch claim staff had all paperwork to proceed in my claims so I would receive my reimbursement in a more timely manner. I can't express my gratitude & her patience in assisting me. She is a real asset to your company.
I might add that everyone I've contacted @ Fetch Pet Insurance has been a delight in assisting me. Keep up the good work & thank you!!
Monthly Cost
Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats
Coverage
You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits
Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old.
Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only.

Waiting Period
Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.
Exclusions
Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
