My premiums have gone up 400% since registering my dog as a one year old. It has DOUBLED in the last 2 years and I am now paying an additional ‘service fee” every month though there is no explanation as to what this fee is for. It is also not disclosed in the yearly amount that you are quoted so anticipate another 17$ monthly on top of what you are quoted. I was not impressed when petplan first changed hands as we lost our 100% coverage and 200$ deductible, but since it has been owned by the DoDo our monthly premiums have skyrocketed. 40+$ a month increases for two years in a row. It’s so incredibly frustrating to deal with when cost of living has also skyrocketed and you’re just trying to do the best you can for your pet. Look elsewhere for your pet insurance, this isn’t it.

I've been waiting nearly three weeks…
I've been waiting nearly three weeks for a response to my claim. It's a small one but I can only imagine how stressful it would to wait this long for a costly procedure. My personal health coverage takes an average of two business days to review a claim so really not sure what the holdup could be. I'm new to using pet insurance and for the price I'm paying, I'm really not impressed with the level of service.

I had an unwilling veterinarian who wouldn’t send complete SOAP notes for my fur baby. FETCH jumped in, contacted the veterinarian and worked on my behalf to acquire the appropriate documentation to submit a claim.

I have Fetch since August last year
I have Fetch since August last year, so far I have sent 5 claims, 3 last year and 2 this year, none has pay me any benefits, the first claims was for a skin condition and allergy my dog had, unfortunately they said it’s a pre-existing condition, the second claim the same they recognize the problem but the benefits when towards the deductible $300. Which by the way took over 4 weeks plus aggravation since they don’t ask for documentation right away ( looks like they are back up) but they ask for the same records (SOAP) again and again, their wed site uploader does not support “ heavy” documents ( no more than a page at the time) which can be unbearable, since they ask for the soap which can be between 5/6 or more pages depending on the time frame of services.
The second time I have claim was for again allergies but this time my dog was giving a new medication which was expensive $189, they didn’t cover the medication, on their benefits list they said they cover medications but no this one?
So I decided to cancel this insurance, they simply don’t want to cover, pay for benefits they simply will used any excuse not to pay.
Im done with this company.
