I am giving a 5 start rating because i…they acted relatively fast in payment

I am giving a 5 start rating because i feel they act in a very timely fashion. But, I feel the site could be more user friendly or once you start a claim you should be able to add to it before it is done being reviewed. I added the initial visit to get it started but then couldn't add the full medical bill until someone reviewed the 1st one. It would be better and easier for the client to be able to add on as they go through the medical issues with their Vet and pet. Also, you are asking for a policy number below. No where on your site could I find it and your bott is useless.

Dental Cleaning Covered!

My senior cat needed dental work and I was so pleased that Fetch included dental cleanings as part of my coverage. Submitting claims is very easy, I simply upload through my phone. It does take time to receive reimbursement, (almost 2 weeks), but I feel the price of the coverage I have for a senior cat is really fair, and I am pleased with what has been covered so far.

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
