Bad customer service
I called up on January 16th just to get a price quote for a second pet spoke to a man named Josh he quoted me a price I said I wasn't able to get the policy until the 26th when I had money he assured me that would be great in the meantime later on that day I noticed he charged me for the policy that I did not authorize plus my bank charged me a non-sufficient funds of $30 I have contacted this company several times and they will not make it right
