As a newbie to Fetch
As a newbie to Fetch, I have had only a few dealings with the company. When I signed up, I thought the service representative was excellent. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. The only claim that I have made was for my initial puppy visit at nine weeks. The claim process was fast and efficient. Now I am submitting my claim for the 12 week visit. And they say it takes up to two weeks for review. That seems quite long to me. But I am still waiting to see what reimbursement I will receive. I’m glad I signed up for Insurance as a puppy. The pre-existing issues makes it very hard to sign up with an older dog.
