There were unneccessary delays.
This was my first claim in the nearly 2 years I have been with Embrace. It seemed as though the people I spoke with didn't really know what was going on with my claim. The website provided little information other than Embrace was waiting for additional information. However, when I spoke with one of the representatives, I was told the additional information had already been received and they would be processing my claim. That did not happen until my last call when I asked to speak with a manager and she made sure it got done. Thank you Jessica. I like to give people a second chance which is why I would recommend Embrace. Hopefully, I won't have another reason to file a claim, but if I do, I hope they will be a bit more responsive and resolve issues quickly.
