Although our claim was initially determined to be not covered (the first claim rejected in 4 years of claims for 2 dogs) bc it was incorrectly thought to be illness of gums , after calling today to clarify and speaking to Jenna,claims supervisor, a new decision was rendered to cover all fees within an hour of the call !! She was extremely understanding and helpful. The only reason I didn't give a 10 rating is because illnesses related to dental and gums are not covered and frankly, the wellness account would not even cover a third of these potentially costly treatments. It should be an option as an add on at least for those who would like such coverage. (Some competitors offer this)

the girls i spoke to were all so helpful and polite to me,went out of there way to make sure everything was good to go.

Needy Puppy

I take my claim form into the vet when she sees my dogs--that way she can jot any notes down right then and there. I quickly complete my part and the office staff faxes it directly to Embrace. That way I know the claim is off and my vet doesn't have to re pull the file to fill the form out later. I wish you would add Lagotto Romagnolo to your breed list on this pop up as I have to put her in as something else. Thanks
