Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I am very pleased with the service I received by Embrace Pet Insurance. It was very easy to submit my claim online. I was able to check on the status of my claim and received my refund within the time frame I was told it would take. I submitted a claim from my primary vet for pre-surgery blood work and surgery for a growth removal. Sadly, the biopsy came back as sub-cutaneous hemangiosarcoma. We had a consultation with an oncologist who ordered xrays and an ultrasound. All my submitted claims were covered. The representatives were very polite, kind and helpful.

Embrace has amazing customer service and sooo worth it. We got our first puppy and unfortunately have been to the emergency vet a few too many times. Embrace definitely makes it a little less painful and puts my mind at ease because it definitely adds up.

My friends used to make fun of me for purchasing pet insurance for my Boxers. And, usually, there's been little need to use it. I was accused of "wasting money." My friends aren't saying that anymore. Ivy, my 6.5 year old Boxer, was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy, left-side heart failure, and ventricular arrhythmia. Yes, that's pretty horrible and it will take her life. But with proper medical care and medication, her life can be extended and the quality of life can be maintained. Embrace Pet Insurance has allowed me to give her the medical care she needs - and the medications. All of that is very expensive and way more than a retired teacher's budget can handle. Embrace has paid all the claims in a very timely fashion. The reimbursement is made directly to my checking account so that makes it even quicker. The yearly premium for Ivy has been paid several times over, so it has been invaluable - and worth every penny. She's been pretty darn healthy up until this diagnosis but all it takes is one such diagnosis and pet insurance makes sense. I've done business with two other pet insurance companies and neither one was worth a hoot. Embrace has been super. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. And the claims are paid with no hassle. I heartily recommend Embrace - Ivy is still with me, still bringing joy to my life - because of Embrace. The reason I rated a 9 instead of a 10 is that I've had trouble with the Embrace website a few times, and had a credit card mix up a couple years ago. So ... not perfect but the next best thing.

Great customer service, they keep you up to date on the status of everything via email. This is our first dog, and we were not sure about getting insurance. After plenty of research we decided on Embrace, and could not be happier. Peace of Mind, worth every penny.

I had VPI with another one of my dogs. I decided to shop around when I got a new puppy. Embrace was simply the best plan out there. Better coverage options at much better price. I would never not have pet insurance for any of my furry kids and I won't go any where but Embrace.
