Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We were on holiday and our pup had a cherry eye pop. Unfortunately, upon examination, it required surgery. While our pup was under they checked on the eye glands of his other eye and found that it was going to pop as well so they tacked that eye as well. Embrace helped us make this unexpected expense more manageable. Also, the process to submit the claim with Embrace was quick and easy. The turnaround time in which we received our claim payment was fast. We're very happy with the support and coverage provided by Embrace's staff and our policies. (We elected to have both the Wellness and Accident/Illness policies. You never know!)

Our 1.5 yr old Golden Retriever Beau has terrible allergies, and our vet was struggling to control them with steroids and medications. We were referred to a veterinary dermatologist who wanted to do allergy testing, and put him on immunotherapy for his allergies. This is the best and healthiest treatment for these allergies, but it is costly. Fortunately the testing and treatment is covered by our Embrace policy.It is such a relief to be able to give Beau the best treatment without worrying that it will break the bank.

I have used other pet insurance companies in the past and no other company is better than Embrace. I have used them for the last eight years and they have always been fair, responsive and quick to respond. Both my daughters also use Embrace for their dogs and they are happy as well with their coverage and support. I wish the medical insurance company at my work was as good.

My dog Shelby had a lump on her front leg and I was worried that she might have cancel so took her in for Xrays and bloodwork to see what the problem was. Thank goodness no cancer.

My dog required radiation therapy for hiw ankle due to tumor. The way to pay the radiation facility is not pay per visit but prepay in 2 installments after initial payment for evaluation. Embrace called the facility to verify and promptly covered my expense appropriate. I am very grateful since the treatments are very expensive. Thank you.
