I have been informed that if my dog, Willow, has cancer, her treatment will not be covered. Your reasoning is based on the fact that when the doctor looked at her "lumps", he determined they were only sebaceus cysts and no biopsy was required. I would think your company would defer to a doctor's expertise in determining when a biopsy is not warranted. In fact, one cyst was removed recently and it was just a cyst; no cancer. And Embrace would not pay for it.
I will not subject my dogs to unnecessary medical procedures, especially when the doctor knows they are not warranted. I would think that would be your position, as well.
