Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I'm so thankful that we didn't have to think twice when the estimate from the hospital was over $3,000 for two nights in the hospital when our Snowflake had pneumonia. I don't know what we would do without Embrace! Thank you!

Our 11-year-old Maltese/Bichon/Poodle of relatively excellent health was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma during a routine vet visit. In a matter of three weeks, he was X-rayed, MRI'd, sedated, biopsied, had surgery, and then a wicked recovery. He bounced back immediately and was none the wiser that anything was wrong. We bounced back quickly too thanks to the quick responses from Embrace letting us know his care was covered. Grateful.

I've been with embrace for a less than a year. Overall I'm pleased. They are very thorough, almost to a fault. This most recent claim, took a week to process. I have another claim from 1-2017, that I'm still trying to get resolved. This is where I say they're very thorough. I've never had pet insurance before. My other Great Dane was 6.5 when he died, he had a terminal intestinal disease. When he was first diagnosed at age 3, the vet gave him a year to live. We were very lucky to have him for another 3.5 years. I don't regret 1 penny, but we spent thousands of dollars. I knew that when we got another dog, I would get the pet insurance. If we didn't need it, than great.

We've had embrace for our Labrador Retriever Dante for three years now. He had a partial knee ligament tear and was receiving acupuncture treatments for about a year until it became too aggravated and had to have knee surgery. Embrace covered 80% of the treatments and the surgery. All claims have been approved and paid rather quickly. We are very glad we made the decision to insure our fur baby early on.

After losing a young Doodle to sudden massive liver failure, left with nothing but a huge bill to pay, we decided to sign up with Embrace when we got our next Doodle. We have not regretted it once. Embrace has always processed our claims quickly and fairly, and we have great peace of mind knowing that in the unfortunate event we are left with huge vet bills, we won't have to cover them on our own.
