disappointed!
I am extremely disappointed in how Embrace handles my dog's claims. They claim everything is related to a pre-existing condition when it is not. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

MASS/Tumor
We found a bump on our Dog Daisy, went to the Vet's and found that Daisy had a MASS/Tumor. Embrace Insurance covered about all the expenses, from the post-surgery all the way through to the post-surgery. No question our run around, once all the claims were submitted, it took Embrace only a few days to reimburse me about 95% of all the surgery’s cost. I would not know what I would have done or how I would have covered the cost if it was not for Embrace Insurance.

Totally love Embrace Per Insurance!
I have had Embrace Pet Insurance since 2011 and I have never been disappointed by them. They process claims quickly, pay quickly, directly into my bank account and I know exactly what is covered and what is not covered. It is easy to submit claims and easy to check on the status of claims online. They even contact my vet directly, if they have any questions. They are amazing!

Peace of mind!!!
I can honestly say that 11/22/16 was one of the worst days I have had to experience. We do not have children so our pup Mulligan is our baby. He had a T10-13 disc rupture and needed emergency surgery. The neurologist came in to give us the quote and I honestly did not care whatever it was knowing I had Embrace! Let me tell you I was an emotional wreck seeing my poor baby in so much pain. But not having to worry about cost was a huge peace of mind. I can not say enough wonderful things about Embrace. The customer service is outstanding! They emailed me letting me know when they received the claims and how long it would take to process. As soon as they were processed I received another email letting me know they sent the direct deposit. They even emailed me a few days later to make sure everything had made it into my account. I tell everyone I talk to about Embrace and how absolutely amazing they are! I am just so grateful that through all of this I did not have to stress about finances and was able to focus on getting Mulligan better! Thank you Embrace!
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
