Great coverage and service
I've always been very happy with how quickly my dog's wellness claims were processed in the past. He was recently diagnosed with cancer, and Embrace has processed the claims for surgery and related tests and reimbursed my expenses with no hassle. It has really taken a lot of worry about finances out of a difficult and stressful situation and allowed me to just focus on taking care of my dog. Also, if they have a question about the claim they just contact the provider for what they need rather than sending it back to me - they are very customer friendly.
The notifications of receipt of claims are prompt and they keep you informed of where they are in the process. I am very thankful for the coverage and have been very pleased with the professional and quick reimbursement. Anytime I have contacted customer service with a question, they are very quick to respond.
