So happy and grateful!
I've had Embrace for my dog ever since 2009 and never had to use it, but before I got it for my adopted Cane Corso I researched a lot and finally chose Embrace. Well, unfortunately it came the time that I had to use it, my dog collapsed at home one day and after a fews days at the vet, exams and surgery they told us she had an aggressive type of cancer and only up to 6 months to live. Well, I decided to get an integrative vet to treat her and very happy to say that that was more than 6 months ago, my dog is still in treatment and is doing great. Embrace and its customer service people have been great all long the way. From the emergency first days to the monthly treatment we still are doing. Once I submit a claim, it takes less than 2 weeks for them process and give me an answer. If I have a question or any doubts they are always ready to help me. I never had any issues at all and even got an answer back from an email (from of my claims explaining how happy I was with the vet treatment and how healthy/happy my dog seems to be now) that made me smile, think about all day and share with my husband. The person that wrote me back was sweet, encouraging, she had all of my dogs medical info and knew exactly what we are dealing with and was amazed by the results we are getting with this alternative treatment that is also covered by Embrace. I am very grateful for them, that I am able to provide an excellent treatment for my dog and that Embrace has our back.
