I've had Embrace for 6 months at the recommendation of my vet due to the age of my cat who is 10. I considered cancelling it several times as it seemed a waste, but I'm so glad I didn't because two months after the policy went in to effect, Simon started having spasms and multiple trips to the vet, the hospital, an MRI, and a spinal tap later, and still he was not diagnosed as the problem was so rare. Most of claims were submitted by the clinics and hospitals, which was fantastic as my head couldn't handle the paperwork through the trying times. When things finally settled, I went back through everything with a very patient, very kind customer service agent and found that my claims were all handled and refunds had been automatically deposited into my bank account. Embrace even reached out to confirm my receipt of the funds. Can not recommend them enough. They make this stuff easy so you can focus on your animal.
