Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Embrace Pet Insurance loves animals. Shortly after acquiring my dog, I researched and purchased an insurance policy that covered everything except preexisting conditions. My nine year old dog, Pancho, was diagnosed with Cushing's Disease a few years ago. Since that time, Pancho has required nearly constant veterinary monitoring and several expensive medications that he must take for the rest of his life. Embrace covers ALL of this so that Pancho can live a near normal life and run and play with other dogs. The staff is friendly and helps with any research necessary to make sure Pancho is receiving the most optimum treatments. It is like having a wealthy aunt who loves your dog and wants to help. I highly recommend animal health insurance to everyone and I rate Embrace Pet Insurance the best of them all.

My little yorkie, Maverick, had to go to the vet for a annual check up and get some new tic/heartworm meds. I filed the claim and a couple days letter, the Embrace staff processed it and reimbursed me for the pricey visit. I am really impressed how professional and punctual they were. Highly recommend them to any other pet owners. Bravo to Embrace!

I switched to Embrace after 12 frustrating years with another company. About 4 months after enrolling I wound up needing to file claims for all 3 of my animals in the same month. After a few hiccups with the way my vet submitted the claims everything was covered. Each time I called Embracers were pleasant and very helpful. I was also very impressed with the speed of reimbursement.

I have three dogs with Embrace, all are registered therapy dogs and two are service dogs. So far, our claims are mostly wellness and I love the fact that I can budget for their health care and preventative care as with three it adds up quickly. Just this year I moved my last dog from another company when Embrace added coverage for old dogs. Hopefully we'll never have to use the accident or illness coverage--but it is worth the money to me to have that kind of peace of mind. We travel a great deal and may have to use a different vet--with different fees, using Embrace makes that easy!
