Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Have brothers from the same litter. After going through an expensive illness with another dog, I researched pet insurance and decided to go with Embrace. So thankful as one boy developed irritable bowel syndrome combined with pancreatitis. Very expensive to test and treat. It's been almost a year of treatment and we are still having to swap medications and doses. I understand he will always have this problem. I am very glad I had them covered with Embrace. Great to deal with, happy with claim handling. Thank you Embrace.

I have used embrace pet insurance numerous times unfortunately but they have been timely with all of the claims.

We decided to get pet insurance after my brother-in-law had to pay a large sum of vet bills after their dog became ill. It was the best decision we made when we got our second dog. You see, since that time we have had 3 claims and everyone at Embrace has been wonderful. Processing claims are easy, customer service is on top of everything and they are very caring, always first questioning how our pet is doing. I don't know what we would have done without Embrace. It is difficult enough when our pets are ill, but knowing that the insurance will help takes a huge burden off of our shoulders. I was skeptical in the past about pet insurance, but after our recent vet bills that were covered, I will not go without again.

Could not be more pleased with Embrace. I have no regrets since joining your team approximately 5 years ago. Look forward to many more years to come . Keep up the great work.

Embrace is a great company. Not only have most of my claims been covered but a response comes almost immediately after a claim is submitted. First saying that they received the claim and a few days later an answer - usually followed by a check in the mail.
