Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I have been using Embrace beginning with our first Berner, 7 years ago. They have always been very responsive and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Embrace for anyone with a pet!

We have had Embrace for 1.5 years and they are absolutely fantastic. Our dog has had 2 knee surgeries which include X-rays, surgeries, medication, rehab, etc... and Embrace has handled our claims in a professional and very timely manner. Each time we've received our claim refunds in about 1 week. Not to mention, the customer service staff are friendly, outgoing, and very helpful.

I have the wellness on my cat who has allergies that pop up every year and he scratches his fur until his skin bleeds. So once a year he gets an allergy shot, in a couple of hours he stops scratching and I feel so much better. I know that the cost for the shot will be covered and Embrace keeps one informed and payment is quick which really matters because I live on Social Security. The other day my vet asked how I liked Embrace and I told them it was the best thing I have invested in. He has people asking for referrals to animal insurance companies. I told him to have his clients call me about Embrace. A very happy client so far! I can give my cat the medical care he needs and deserves because of Embrace. By the way, Embrace will even pay for nail clipping which my boy will not allow me to do!

Called to check the Status of a submitted claim. Representative that helped, put me on hold shortly and found and adjuster who was able to file my claim that same evening and the refund was processed.

Embrace has always been prompt with my claim s. It is so comforting knowing whatever would happen to my furchild I would be able to help her
