Love Embrace

I've had Embrace for 4 years now and when my dog was diagnosed with a Fibrosarcoma, I was thankful I had coverage through Embrace. The claim process is easy and I can't express how much it is worth to have the coverage- we wouldn't have been able to get Watson the treatment he's needed without it! Thank you Embrace!

Peace Of Mind!

Our insurance with Embrace for our Miniature Poodle, Enzo, has paid for itself many times over. Our claims for Enzo have been reimbursed in a timely manner. The staff at Embrace has been a pleasure to deal with regarding any matter, and we are more than satisfied with Embrace as our insurer for our beloved dogs. Today, medical care for our animals rivals that of people, and insurance is truly becoming a necessity if you choose to own a pet and provide it with the best care possible. Our Wellness Claim Processed In Five Days

Our wellness claim for our healthy 16-month old "dood" was processed in five days (including the weekend). We were kept informed of the claim status by email messages (when the claim was received and when it was processed for payment). A detailed Explanation of Benefits (EOB) was provided for my records along with a friendly message from the staff letting me know that I would receive a check within 10 days. Our claim was submitted only one day after our contract renewal, but there was no delay in processing our claim. We appreciate the quick processing of our claim and the details that are provided on the EOB.

Wellness Insurance

I take my dog annually for a wellness checkup and to get his shots. It's nice to know this insurance covers those expenses as his annual checkup with shots cost between $400 and $600. I have recommended Embrace to many a pet owner.

Amazing experience with Embrace!

Really appreciated the quick and thorough work from every Embrace staff member that I spoke with and dealt with. After such a painful process of my dog having an emergency, Embrace made the insurance end a complete breeze. Thank you and I would recommend Embrace to every pet owner that I know!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
