This was my first time visiting this animal hospital and the staff were outstanding. My usual vet is about 40 minutes away and was closed, but I needed to bring my cat in right away as he was declining quickly. They took us in only 20 minutes after I called and explained my situation. As a pet parent one of the hardest things is having to euthanize your fur baby. The staff were incredibly compassionate and sympathetic. The vet explained all procedures thoroughly before, during and after. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all, as they let me take all the time I needed. They even sent me a sympathy card the next day. You can tell they really care about the animals and it's not just a job for them. I cannot thank them enough for helping Barney cross the rainbow bridge 🌈

Today one of my kids (dogs) needed to have a tumour removed from her front leg, I was never left with any doubt that it was going to be ok. I was updated throughout the day as to her progress and when it was time to pick her up I felt heard with all my questions. I never felt rushed and knew she was in the best care all day. Thank you Everyone for loving your clients so much!

Can’t say enough good things about this clinic! my cat broke his leg a few months back and even though it was super traumatic and stressful, they made it a little easier with reassurance they could fix him up and he’d be good as new! The staff is amazing and genuinely cares about your pet! Even though my cat can be a bit grumpy they still treated him with kindness! I will forever be grateful for the experience we had with them! Months later he is back to his regular cat business!!

Recently had another great visit/check up with Dr.Makowal, staff was professional and organized, and they handled my two dogs with excellent care. I definitely recommend this place as I’ve been a client for years now.
