Dr. Irene is the best vet we’ve ever had! I’ve been a pet owner for over 20 years and she is the most compassionate, knowledgeable vet I have ever met. You can really tell she cares about animals and wants to see them get better. We were really struggling with our dog’s allergies and skin for over 6 months. After only one visit with Dr. Irene, within a few days we had our dog back. I will always be grateful for her. Highly recommend!

The staff is super friendly and are always welcoming. And they have a super friendly cat that welcomes us everytime I visit :) I appreciate how much the staff love their patients and go above and beyond to admire them. It makes me feel reassured that they are in caring hands. I mean from front desk to doctors, they all show so much love and gentleness.

I have tried countless vet clinics in the GTA..... unfortunately my pup has had multiple health issues. I was told by my neighbours that Thomas Glen Erin Animal Hospital was trustworthy, affordable, and the staff were genuine. I felt comfortable upon checking in with the front desk ladies. The Dr's were amazing and loving. I will not be taking my baby anywhere else. Go here and you will not be disappointed!

Impressed by the service and the honesty Dr. Irene Neri-Arboleda carried. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Her and the staff member she was training was also very helpful and made me laugh a few times to feel at ease. The clinic was also setup beautifully, with the Christmas tree!! Thank you! :)
