Best clinic I have ever visited. Dr. Maher is incredibly talented, efficient, experienced and gives his best services. My dog needed surgery which went perfectly. His follow up and listening to our concerns were tremendous and never tired of answering the many questions we had. Even more, he answers with a smile and patience 😊. His stuff are also very friendly and prompt in responding or conveying messages. Well done and keep it up. Will not change clinic anymore as we finally found clinic with such skills and qualities.

I recently visited Brittany Glen Animal Hospital for a check-up of my Husky, and I would like to share my positive experience with you. The veterinarian at this clinic deserves all the appreciation and praise. I was impressed by the doctor's clear and detailed communication during the examination. They provided me with comprehensive information about my Husky's condition and the recommended treatment. Their deep knowledge in veterinary medicine allowed them to simplify complex medical terms in a way that was easily understandable for the client. Moreover, I received a warm welcome from the receptionist at the front desk. They were friendly and helpful, providing me with necessary information about appointment scheduling and required procedures. It was nice to experience a warm greeting and no delays in my appointments. I also noticed that the staff at the clinic paid great attention to appointment timings. The appointments were strictly followed, and there was no delay in my Husky's scheduled time. This reflects the professionalism of the clinic and their commitment to the comfort and time requirements of their clients. In summary, I am extremely satisfied with the service at Brittany Glen Animal Hospital. The doctor exhibits exceptional skills and provides superior care to pets, while the staff members demonstrate professionalism and a warm demeanor. Britanny Glen Animal Hospital is by far the best veterinarian in Mississauga. We own 2 Frenchbulldogs that need constant attention and have been let down by other clinics who have made their conditions worse. But since we moved to Brittanny Glen Animal Hospital, our dogs have been happy and healthy. Recently, our Bella was pregnant and required a cesarean section. The team at Brittany Glen Animal Hospital rose to the occasion and performed a successful surgery all the while keeping us informed and reassured that she was in safe hands. We love this place, and so do our dogs. They actually get super excited when it is time to go to the veterinarian. When we walk in, we are treated like family. We feel the love and can tell they truly care about our dogs.

I had the worst experience at this clinic and I will not be returning. I took my cat to get examined as well as get his vaccine. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. The doctor did not check my cat thoroughly and did a bare minimum physical sweep . When I voiced my concern and asked him to please examine my cat properly (check his coat/skin, lift his tale, check for awareness, check his eyes/nose/mouth) he began to argue with me - intensively - about how he was not required to do any of those….even though I was there for and was paying for an exam. I was surprised at this response because every vet I have visited before has done the bare minimum and had checked my cat from top to bottom. Obviously as a pet parent, you want the best for your baby - and for a doctor whose job it is to ensure the wellbeing of your pet - I wouldn’t recommend someone whose this careless or unconcerned with your pet. The doctor was condescending, rude, dismissive, and would continuously cut me off to talk over me and shut down my concerns. I have never experienced such hostility and abrasive behaviour from a healthcare professional before - I will not be wasting my money here again.

Dr Boktor and his staff are absolutely amazing! They have also taken very good care of my cat, he always comes back relaxed and is never stressed. Dr Boktor always takes time out to talk to you about your pet and how to best take care of them. I am so glad i come to this clinic!
